/ Haven Hot Chicken

Haven Hot Chicken is a fast-growing specialty QSR brand born in New Haven, Connecticut, built around craveable hot chicken, bold hospitality, and a distinct sense of personality. As the brand prepared for franchising, I was brought in to refresh and scale its visual identity across the full guest journey.

My work included refining the logo system, rebuilding the brand guidelines, evolving app imagery, developing franchise launch materials, and redesigning key ordering touchpoints including menus and guest-facing graphics.

The goal was not just to make Haven look sharper. It was to create a brand system that could grow across markets while still feeling warm, human, craveable, and unmistakably Haven. The brand guidelines define Haven as bold, authentic, warm, and craveable, with a voice designed to feel human rather than corporate.
